Tickets for the banquet may be purchased for $75 per person. We are featuring:

  • Please make us aware of food allergies when purchasing banquet tickets.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Beverages from hospitality rooms MUST NOT be brought into the Banquet Room, as this will violate the terms of our contract with the venue.

Ladies’ Program

Our Ladies’ Program and Luncheon will take place at the FunnyBone Comedy Club and Restaurant! Details can be found in the flier here. Admission is $35 per person.

Registration

General registration will open on March 1, 2026. For any questions about registering, please contact George Tilden at valleyofakronohio@gmail.com .

Step 1: Reserve your attendance (opens March 1, 2026)
Please note:  If you are a Secretary, Active Member of Supreme Council, Deputy’s Representative, Grand Lodge Officer, MSA Recipient, 33° Candidate or a Distinguished Guest please do not register here. Refer to the designated link on your welcome letter.

Step 2: Book your accommodations (opens March 1, closes May 5, 2026)

Step 3: Purchase your tickets (opens on March 1, closes May 15th)
Note for ticket purchases: The ticket purchase link allows purchasing all event tickets at the same time. The purchase page permits changing quantities to your preference, but defaults to one of each ticket type. Please check that quantities are correct before submitting your purchase!

On-site registration check-in begins on Friday June 5 from 2p-5p for distinguished guests, and resumes on Saturday June 6 from 8a-3p for all attendees.

Cancellation Policy

For room cancellations please call the hotel directly at 419-299-8132. The Ohio Council of Deliberation understands that emergencies may arise; however, after May 15, 2026, the Banquet and Ladies’ Program ticket purchases are non-refundable. When reservations are submitted, supplies and dinners are ordered in advance and OCD will have to cover these costs even if you cannot attend. Please contact George Tilden at (234) 900-5424 if you have made reservations and can no longer attend. Any refunds requested will be issued after OCD less the website fees.
