Tickets for the banquet may be purchased for $68 per person
- Filet with a Cabernet reduction & Lemon caper chicken

- Please make us aware of food allergies when registering for the event.
- PLEASE NOTE: Beverages from hospitality rooms MUST NOT be brought into the Banquet Room, as this will violate the terms of our contract with the venue.
Ladies’ Program
The Ladies’ Program will be held at Bricco’s West in the Holiday Inn Express, a short walk next door to the DoubleTree. The program will feature a soup and salad luncheon buffet with assorted desserts, with entertainment provided by Mark Harris, MSA, of the Valley of Toledo. Additional fun activities are also planned for the program! Admission tickets are available for $25. Click here for details!

Please note: If you are an Active, Deputy’s Representative, Grand Lodge Officer, MSA Recipient, 33° Candidate or a Distinguished Guest please do not register here. Refer to the designated link on your welcome letter.

Note for ticket purchases: The ticket purchase link allows purchasing all event tickets at the same time. The purchase page permits changing quantities to your preference, but defaults to one of each ticket type. Please check that quantities are correct before submission!
On-site registration check-in begins on Friday June 6 from 2p-5p for distinguished guests, and resumes on Saturday June 7 from 8a-3p for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
For room cancellations please call the hotel directly at (330) 867-5000. The Ohio Council of Deliberation understands that emergencies may arise; however, after the deadline date to be posted, the Banquet and Ladies’ Program fees are non-refundable. When reservations are submitted, supplies and dinners are ordered in advance and OCD will have to cover these costs even if you cannot attend. Please contact George Tilden at (234) 900-5424 if you have made reservations and can no longer attend. Any refunds requested will be issued after OCD less the website fees.
