- FORMAT: Shotgun Start at 1pm, Foursome Best Ball Scramble
- LOCATION: York Golf Club, 7459 N. High St. in Columbus
- FEE: $90 per golfer, registration form below
- MEALS: Lunch $10, Dinner-only $35 (no golf)

- LUNCH: Hot dogs, brats, chips, cookies (not included, $10)
- DINNER: Chicken or steak, baked potato, salad, green beans, brownie
